About On the Road with Lila

Hi, I’m Lila.

I’m a mini Aussiedoodle with a curious nose, strong opinions, and a real talent for finding the charm in just about any adventure. Whether I’m riding along to a beautiful new destination, settling into an RV, inspecting a cozy cabin, or making myself comfortable in a Hilton suite, I believe the road should always include a little wonder, a little comfort, and preferably a tasty snack.

On the Road with Lila is a travel and storytelling space where I share life on the move with my herd. Around here, you’ll find scenic places, thoughtful moments, cozy stays, outdoor beauty, and the occasional humorous observation from a dog who notices everything.

This is more than a collection of travel photos. It’s a place for stories, reflections, favorite finds, and memorable moments along the way—from campgrounds and cabins to hotel stays, nature walks, warm campfires and open-road days that turn into something worth remembering.

My human sister, Carrie, occasionally adds her perspective too, especially when one adventure deserves two points of view. But this is my journey first, and I’m very comfortable leading it.
